Losing his once healthy appetite, his concerned mother Barbara (singer Serena Rossi) with the family (and the neighbours) in tow, marches Ciro to the office of a rather nervous, sweet, young psychologist Tommaso. Their meeting sets off this joyous cross-cultural romantic comedy, as the unlikely pair hatch a plan. Tommaso will teach Ciro how to be “posh” to win Ludovica’s heart, while Ciro, in turn, will teach Tommaso how to impress Barbara (basil, coffee, and Gigi D’Alessio’s Neapolitan music).
