在这部该死的小丑惊悚/恐怖片中,老舊的音樂盒裡，封印著邪惡的小丑。一個孩子無意間發現了音樂盒，意外釋放出小丑邪靈。它用搞笑把戲和氣球引誘小孩，並讓他們陷入危險，甚至導致死亡。一群大學生留意到這起詭異的事件後開始著手調查，沒想到也因此見識到了小丑為求永生不擇手段的邪惡意圖…
